Creative Ink is home to three top quality artists – Cesar Perez, Jason Rodriguez, and Samantha Warner. Having three talented artists makes us very well rounded and able to assist with a wide variety of tattoo styles! Below are links to each of our artists’ portfolios.

Cesar Perez (Shop Owner)

Cesar has been a professional Tattoo Artist since 2009. He focuses on detailed, fully customized pieces of art, always looking for the perfect way to bring your tattoo to life. He fuses similar techniques, expertise, and talent to marry sentimental tattoos with artistry and beauty. Cesar specializes in black and grey realism and photo realism such as portraits, stone/statue work tattoos, nature scenes, flower sleeves, and animal / pet portrait in addition to his color portraits. Jason Rodriguez

Jason is an experienced artist, respected for his versatile abilities when approaching a new challenge. He is well versed with both black and grey, and color style tattoos. He has become rather well known for his realism, traditional, and nature themed work, among other styles. Jason has developed a high level of trust and comfort with his clients, by continuously showing compassion and professionalism when it comes time to commit to such a life changing experience. Samantha Warner

Welcoming a new artist to the Creative Ink Team! Samantha has been professionally tattooing since 2018 and enjoys many styles of tattooing; from neo & traditional, to ornamental, fine line, florals, illustrative and even cartoon-ism! She enjoys a challenge and the opportunity to customize each tattoo to the needs of the client from ornamental body adornments to fun and quirky ideas. She loves a tattoo with a sense of humor and/or the ability to provide a sentimental client experience. Samantha recently closed her own local small tattoo business – you may know her as “Revenant Rose Tattoo LLC” which had opened in 2019, to join our already amazing team for an opportunity to continue to expand her horizons and abilities with the goal to eventually take on the task of realism tattoos.
